They're kept up to date with what is happening and a Transaction Coordinator takes a great deal of the burden off their plate so they can pay more attention to the task at hand.
A Buyer's Agent works exclusively with buyers. He knows the available properties like the back of his hand. He researches market trends and previews listings. There's never a conflict of interest trying to consciously or subconsciously direct a Buyer to a particular property because he does not list properties himself. He is in tune to the needs and challenges of buyers because that's all he does.
We have a Listing Coordinator. She works with the homeowner to make sure everyone is aware of the true value of a particular piece of property. She prepares and stages the property for sale, making sure it's staged to its best advantage and all underlying information is readily available to an interested buyer. She targets potential clientele for a particular home and makes sure they are aware of its availability. Again, there's never a conflict because she works only with property owners.
We have a Transaction Coordinator who prepares the files for all listings and closings, keeping track of time sensitive dates and details that need to be followed up on in order to have a smooth, stress-free closing. He handles the hundred and one details to make sure your transaction does not get continued a dozen times or end up as a sale fail.
Our secretary keeps all olf us in line while maintaining the office and assures it is running efficiently. Her goal is to maximize communication and make sure everyone knows exactly what is happening at all times.
